I can never comprehend how anyone can eat durian ice cream or simply durian anything for that matter. For instance, there's durian cake, durian puffs or durian pancakes. The only durian i'd ever consume would be those that comes straight from the durian itself. He had one together with sticky chewy chocolate and mint choc. Yes, tell me about it.

The five of us spending our Saturday evening together at Marina to catch the fireworks. I had to park the car a bus stop away from the barrage due to the crowd.

The weather was perfect for kite flying and it was up and breezing through the wind the moment embah lifted it up towards the sky. It managed to fly for a few minutes before it got entangled and ... period.

Closure for the night includes chappati, goreng pisang and nagasari for dinner at the railway station.

Treated my siblings lunch at Fish & Co. yesterday. It had been my intentions to bring them out for a meal with the money i received from the GST Offset Package. Our parents were out of town for the weekend so it was just the four of us. I wanted to share with you the pictures they took but Phat had to accidentally delete them from the camera. The ones which i had initially uploaded were those that had my face in it.

What's up with his smile? The fringe top i was wearing actually belongs to my mom. I was searching for a great top to go with my skirt and was lucky to find the Topshop tank from inside my mom's wardrobe. I bet she didn't even realize she had that because i have never seen her wear it before.

We shopped around Somerset for a little bit before making our way home. I have been hunting for a dress or two at Forever21 (because of their reasonable and affordable prices) but most of the ones left hanging on the racks were M or L. But i wasn't disheartened at all especially after making an impulse purchase which comes in the form of a suede platform heels from New Look for only $29.90!

Thankfully, my hair has grown past my shoulders. Ever since we bought the entire range of Essential's shampoo, conditioner, treatment and serum for smooth and manageable hair, the condition and texture of my hair has never been better. This will convince me to not dye my hair anytime soon in fear of destroying it.

Our virgin trip up the Pinnacle @ Duxton to their sky bridge (rooftop) located on the fiftieth floor. The pictures we took were amazing especially the ones after sunset because that was when we finally managed to figure out the functions on Khidhir's camera. Worth the $5 entrance fee. The album is yet to be uploaded on FB since Phat had convince me to spend some time editing the pictures. But due to my lack of photoshopping skills, no i don't have the software, editing in other words means enhancing the picture and removing the blemishes on my face.

On another note, i am glad we are spending more time outdoors instead of hitting the malls week after week. In fact, i was thinking of hiking up Bukit Timah one of these days. Or maybe we should settle for a walk along Henderson Waves! That's certainly less grueling.
