you are almost 2 weeks late.

No, i didn't ditch my mama.

Since i have CNY holidays for the rest of the week & the fact that i would be at home alone with her, thought i might as well proceed with plans to meet up with baby. FYI, all of these pictures were taken after my 45 minutes nap within the wilderness of Ginger Park. Mind the horrific hair now, will you?

Inkheart

was our CNY treat. In comparison to last year, which we spent it at Sentosa, crowded with banglas wearing their best outfit taking pictures with their own kind, we had it rather low key this time around. We caught Inkheart at Vivocity. Why the movie selection? Well, i would personally pick Changeling or Bride Wars, but most of the movies are not suitable for the young since we brought Nazurah along. On a brighter note, it turned out pretty interesting though. 

As for today, Robinsons with mama or date with baby?

Another family affair,

with our APV. We spent the eve of CNY touring around our sunny island. From a hearty meal to burning off our calories by cycling at ECP. I'm guessing half of the malay population were roughing it out there. Been there, done that, couple of consecutive years back. If not, we would be camping over at Sembawang Park. But, that was then. 

For our break, we drove down to our grandparents' at Everton Park. A short nap, freshen up & maghrib prayers before our next stop, WCP. A light snack at Macdonalds & a mind blowing sex with the playground. 

& so, i have decided to display my super un-glamorous shot, in lieu of CNY.

T'was after an hour worth of walking & cycling. Dig the i-wasted-10-mins-straightening bangs?

Ebi's 21st

Like i mentioned earlier, Saturday night was spent at Bukit Batok CSC for the Vasantham's Star 21st birthday. My bf & him were the best buddies back in Chestnut Drive. 

Let's sidetrack a bit for now, shall we? Over the past couple of days, i have progressed by successfully driving up & down the multi-story carpark & the 975318642th times of driving around Yishun. ;)

Yeah, yeah. I drove on the expressway today. In fact, all the way from Yishun Central to Singapore Poly (to send Phat to school) & down to Beach Road (for brunch). Of course, papa sat next to me, his right hand preparing to grab the handbrake at all time, at all costs. LOL. Obviously, i got the well deserved yakkety-yak-yak from him throughout the whole journey.

Tomorrow marks our 43rd monthsary! A fruitful 3 years & 7 months, with no breaks in between. & there you go, my dear. A very brief list, a dictation of my unwavering love for you. 

• I have never learnt to love anyone as much as i love you. 
• You are the only one for me, you are irreplaceable. 
  
• Even when there are a dozen breakouts on my face, you will remind me of how gorgeous i am. Without fail.
• You constantly surprise me with your home made delicacies! Brownies, jelly, sushi, shepherd's pie & chocolate cookies.
• Insya'allah, we will be getting engaged in 2011, after my graduation. ;)

The list goes on. But i have yet to begin on my Economics tutorials, you see. I am really looking forward to our next date, honey sugar baby plum plum! 

Mama's 43rd & Phat's 18th

I love surprising people. Thank goodness i managed to pull it off, despite getting approval from mama at the very last minute. A major blastin' success, i must say. WOO HOO! HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY PHAT! Go ahead & book a BTT tmr, i know you have been waitin' long time. 

HAPPY 43RD BIRTHDAY, MY HOT SEXY MAMA! Mama, on the other hand, looked effortlessly gorgeous even on her 43rd. I love you, mama. We'll be out & about again over the weekend perhaps, for dinner at Carousel, this time to celebrate her 43rd proper.

& when Seri begged papa to let her buy a top from Dorothy Perkins, he ended up saying this "Nak, ambik cepat. Sorang satu je." Well, smth along that line. Without hesitation, duh..., i grabbed a top for myself. Express shopping, time check, 9.45pm. Eventually, he even bought for embah a wallet but nothing at all for Phat since she had set her eyes on walker boots instead. 

If only sayang was there to complete the picture. Unfortunately, he got delayed at work. At least, i have a couple of dates to look forward to. Vasantham's star, Ebi, will be celebrating his 21st birthday this Sat. Followed by a fellow MI classmate of mine, Skq, next Sat. Now i can't possibly wait to dress up all over again! Not forgetting our Botanical Gardens trips too. Come closer, been missing you dearly.

for love. As if you don't already know, Botanics garden has been such a perfect match for me & my need to be free from the hustle & bustle of life. Apart from it being less than 30 minutes away from school. In fact, we even purchased a leisure mat for $2 from Daiso which is definitely far from our weekly Tuesday treats at Gelare. 

& to my dearest bf, i love you more than anything else in the world. Needless to say, other than Allah swt & my parents of course. You make me whole. May God bless us & our future together ahead.

there will be sun. The day started off with a glorious lunch with my sisters. Clinging on the fact that the last time we met was on hari raya, we grab the miserable amount of hours we had by shopping & cherishing our childhood memories.

Before meeting my mama & sisters at town, i had a quick bite at Sakura with my love. It was such a pity that you had to leave for night shift.

Right now i am purely anticipating the arrival of our silver/purple APV due tomorrow. 

Just like that,

i would trade anything to spend an hour everyday of the week, under the shady trees of Ginger Park with my one & only. This past week was such an unforgettable one, thanks to you. Having you meeting me after school, to be in your arms & feel like we're the only lovers in this world, is such an amazing grace. 

From next week onwards, i would have to be in school from 0930 to 1730 hrs, Monday to Friday. Self-study, so they said. I hate this. I hate this part right here. As if we are exempted from indulging in our social life just because. Well, just because. My wonderful life ends here, i suppose.

When you talk to me,

i swear the whole world stops. But when you lovingly surprised me with a tupperware of sushi made from scratch, i swear i fell in love with you again, there & then.
