Raja's Housewarming

I spent the entire day with baby, which is a rare event these days and i love every single minute of it. In the evening we drove down to Bukit Batok where Raja had his open house dinner for his Bravo team. Banana leaf delights! As usual, because of my miniscule tummy i only managed to consume 'this' much of food.

No, we didn't get wet this time round. Everyone was clean and dry, tummy full of nasi briyani, sup tulang and muruku. Azri and i had to skip bowling after because i felt obligated to fetch my sister and her boyfriend home.
Lovely kak Maria & Tasha! Finally, Maria's getting married this Saturday.
That means i would get to meet the rest of them again soon.

Pretty in pink

Credits to me & Seri for the pretty pinky birthday template made entirely out of styrofoam. Okay, so there wasn't any styrofoam left for us to cut the letters 't' and 'h', after 6.
DIY pink/white paper chains, recycled disney princess birthday banner from her 2008 celebration & snowflakes decorated the living room.
Yet another birthday banner gracing the balcony.

Nazurah adorning her diy tiara, full of stickers.
Even embah was wearing her sweet pink baju kurung after much persuasion.
Phat with our nephew, Adam.
He is almost 10 months old but has yet to start crawling.
All grown up now, my dearest sister.
Showing off her disney princess watch. Smiley! My aunt braided my hair
into this tight ponytail which i realized then, didn't look good on me.
Check out her pressies! 2 brand new disney princess school bags.
All geared up for primary one next year at my alma mater.

BT Bravo Pool Party

Last Thursday was a splashing night in celebration of Edwin's end to his NS life and Zul's belated birthday celebration. We had lots of great food for dinner/supper and somewhere between the jolly occasion everyone (excluding me) managed to get into the pool, one way or another.
Sharing the limelight with Edwin, who will be ord-ing in due time.
Guitar hero-ed while waiting for the food and the others to arrive.
I must say we were in an awkward position when this shot was taken.
Us & pregnant Lucy in her police maternity uniform.
Enjoying our scrumptious bbq seafood!
Abg Zul & his belated 26th birthday cake.
The wonderful team Bravo!
Quite fascinated by DSLR.
The ladies with our host for the night, Darius.
My superhero.
Karma. After being one of those enthusiastically pushing the others into the pool.
Hmmm, wet.
Before. Semangat buat kallang wave ehhh.
Aftermath.
I was an exception and couldn't jump into the pool for obvious reasons.
Wished i could. Guess i would have to wait for baby's ord party come February.

Ladies Night

Oh, what a night! Instead of catching J&J like i mentioned earlier. We ended up with Eddie Murphy's latest flick, Imagine That. T'was a hilarious movie. Worth watching especially when you don't have to fork out a single cent. Thanks Phat! She's awesome. Okay, beyond awesome. She got me a Miss Selfridge petite bodycon dress that i've been aiming for since i laid my eyes on it. (My first ever Miss Selfridge. Pathetic, i know.) Phat's being really generous right now. Quite the santarina. Of course, that includes other great buys, souvenirs and what's not, all the way from Xian. More of that in another post!

These are my sisters with their respective Macs takeout.
Just yesterday night, momsie & i, splurged our moolahs on bags! No, i wasn't referring to any high-end brands that would have been our ultimate choice (duhhh, let's leave that to our financial source aka papa) but more like the sale that is happening at Taka's atrium. Me likey!

This morning i shall get ready & set off to NP to get a mini
birthday cake for Nazurah's mini 6th birthday celebration.

I miss you, baby.
XOXO

Happy Sunday :)

Now that she's back, we spent the afternoon lounging at this particular carpark for big/long vehicles at the Yishun industrial area. While waiting for Khidhir to test drive his new mini bike with his fellow friends, papa took the advantage of instilling some driving skills in Phat. Round and round the carpark we went. I felt pretty self-indulgent while Phat was behind the wheel though.

Off to catch Julie & Julia @ GV Yishun with my dearest sisters!

We are family!

All is perfect now.
