Pretty in purple~

My beautiful sister during her prom at Conrad.

Fax Mentis Incendium Gloriae

After what seemed like eons, we finally met up for a delectable spread of dinner at Sakura International Buffet.
I was rather impressed by the numbered clips system as it calls for a convenient way of ordering our grilled cravings.
Sushi, soup & cakes for appetizer.

Never forgotten. :)

7-11 Part Three

SURPRISE!
We stood behind the curtains for almost twenty minutes to wait for
the arrival of the birthday boy. A grand entrance indeed, Nabil.
Early brids @ Berjaya Hotel

Sitting comfortably on Sarah's laps.
Me and my hot, sexy blings.

Megan Fox over gf. Hahaha!
"Have a sexy 22nd Nana Dragon!"
Just earlier today i learnt that the reason why my make up never stays is because i did not know the existence of a primer base. Now that my sisters finally bought one, along with a palette of an array of eye shadows and blushers and the various types of brushes needed to apply them, i will attempt my very own make up tutorial and avoid looking sickly and pale.
Nat, you were holding a plate of chips?!?

Final picture before our early departure as the clock strike midnight. It was my first after a very long time of reaching home close to one in the morning and even that was because i drove.

7-11 Part Two

The second part of abang Azrin's sheesha soiree.

Voila! M&Ms and oreos.
I have never been a big fan of cupcakes, but these was beautiful and yummy.

I was pretending there was a candle on my cupcake.
Padahal padahal.
A cosy and warm ambience plus great company on a Saturday night.
My gorgeous sisters!

After which, baby and i left early to proceed to Duxton Road for another birthday soiree.

7-11

The moment my class ended at 5.30pm, i rushed to the carpark where my parents were waiting for me. We zoomed through the expressway just so i could change and get dressed up for dinner. Despite the hour long journey to Bugis due to the unforgiven traffic jam along PIE, we made our way to Nasrin for a little get together to celebrate Azrin's 25th birthday.
As expected of me,
i did not smoke because the smell alone induced me in a feeling of nausea.
Besides, i was still able to maintain my composure with beef shawarma and tea.
Chocolate cupcakes for the birthday boy

Love you, b.
I finally got the opportunity to meet with kak Hajjar's sister, Shahidah and quite like her loud and crazy personality in contrast with my invisible self.

Brothers; look alike, no? Azrin's fair and muscular while Azri is tan and lean. Azrin is a qualified nurse, mind you. Azri here ought to pray hard that his application to NYP SHS is successful. That aside, you two better open up a neat cafe tuck in the corners of Bukit Batok in time to come, just like how you guys have always dream of. I will be more than happy to run the shop and become a full pledged tai-tai along with kak Hajjar.
Here's to you bro, happy belated 25th!

My style

One more trip to VVC in search of Seri's coat. We began hunting at 8pm until most of the shops were ready for closing. She is the quite the choosy one and it drove us crazy!

Last stop at M&S.
Note to self: visible black rooooots.
Underdressed since i was straight from school.
Ten or twenty years down the road maybe. (Insya'allah)
Phat's sudden obsession with rings and our supper at Harbourfront.
Crybaby. She cried just because she got stressed out over the fact that we were rushing her from store to store to get her outerwears. Boo. I still love you though. She cried again sometime after this when we were discussing about the incident earlier.
Paparazzi shot. Embarassed over her teary eyed face. Finally, i rid myself the temptation to shop over the past shopping sprees. Splendid uh, did not even spend a single dollar on impulse buys. Job well done, Nilam!

What would my mama do,

oh oh, oh oh, if she is going on a winter holiday for her first time? Consecutive shopping spree for thermal wear. You see, she can barely stand the coldness of shopping centres & movie theatres, let alone a ski resort. Knit tops, cardigans, sweaters, jackets. All various types of outerwear. Not forgetting the long johns, gloves, leg warmers, shawls, beanies and boots. Such a hefty price to pay for a week on a certain chilly foreign land.

Thanks to an ex-colleague of mine at Esprit, i managed to get a huge bargain on our loots there. So here i am in mama's new down jacket, feeling very unfortunate as to not being able to join them for Korea's winter sonata. :(
But all is good & i hope it will stay that way.
Looking forward to a breezy holiday with my family come christmas!
