Tonight's dinner consists of mediterranean cuisine @ Cafe Le Caire or also known as Al-Majlis. It also happened to be Namira's first time joining us as a group. Welcome to the family dear! Don't you worry because there's going to be many more outings to come for you to be more comfortable around us and loosen up.

After a satisfying meal we head down for a puff and by we, i meant the guys.

Look how she towers over me! Maybe it's not that apparent here but she's at least 2o cm taller than me.

Poor boy was drowning in his emotions all night, wallowing in self pity.

My baby boy was enjoying every single minute of his grape flavoured tobacco.

The new lovebirds! There's no other way to say it but semoga berkekalan.

Shopping for raya!

On Saturday we left at half past noon to shop for baju kurung at Geylang (because this year my grand-aunt decided not to accept anymore tailoring requests and my mum couldn't be bothered look for materials either). By the way, the latest trend is chiffon silk. I got a pink baju kurung and an indescribable colour mini kurung both made from chiffon silk. The baju kurung ran out of XS so i eventually bought the one in S and got it altered a size down.

After a quick dinner at Beach Rd, (lost lots of pictures here after someone accidentally deleted them!) we journeyed on to ION. I am mad jealous because my sisters got Steve Madden footwear thanks to papa. My pair was from Charles & Keith and mama got it for me a month back while it was on sale.

Here's a think or two about my dad. He would pose all alone and expect any one of us to take his picture and he does that all the time except that he never smile.

My baby boy is turning twenty-two today and i'm getting ready to make my way there for dinner with his family. Guess where we'll be heading after? Bazaar!

I have been religiously going for terawih except for that night where we all had dinner at our JB home and that particularly lovely dinner with my one and only. Clearly my nights are occupied. Fyi, i have also been piling up on food this Ramadhan especially since i am back on the daily routine of consuming three meals a day; breakfast, dinner and supper.

I need to keep reminding myself that i can't be a failure my whole life. I need to make it someday.

It's indescribable, this feeling of successfully completing the first day of fasting followed by the ritual terawih prayers at the nearby void deck. Did i mention that the mighty god Allah s.w.t. brought down to us the rain this afternoon thus easing the hunger and thirst of our fellow Muslims? Alhamdulillah.

I know i haven't been good and so i aim to try and be a better individual while ramadhan graces upon us once again.

To my Muslim readers, selamat menjalani ibadah puasa di bulan ramadhan yang mulia dan pernuh barakah ini, insya'allah.

Sky high

I attempted to help throwing the kite up in the air, jogging towards the direction of the wind but to no avail to the extent that i looked like a retard according to Seri.

Couple rounds of Monopoly instead of running around at the playground like we did before because it was packed with hyperactive kids.

Oh yes, how i wished it was my birthday.

Credits to Khairi for successfully flying the kite way up until it practically reaches the end of the string and all we had to do was to just place the reel on the ground while we enjoyed the wonderful weather playing cards. After maghrib, i drove back home to fetch mama for dinner at Rubinah. Their mee kuah sucks! Should have chosen a plate of cheese naan with tandoori chicken. Later, we stopped by my cousin's place only to have a ride on the chopper bicycle!

It was a slightly different date than usual with Nazurah tagging along. I have to divert my attention to the both of them, trying my best not to look like a mother of one. Get it?

FYI, my family and i will be away for the next three days for our chalet @ Costa Sands Sentosa and to conclude our trip, a day at Universal Studios!
