My UoL exams are less than 5 months away & i am all geared up for it. More concentration is needed for my Economics, research for concrete examples for Banking & Finance & constant practice for both Maths & Stats. Insya'allah, the Diploma cert will be safely tucked in my achievements file by end of August. Amin.

Right now, CSI is ultra epic & my planner is still unwritten.

when papa gets to opportunity to come back to shore for a couple of hours, just so we could go shopping & decrease the lifetime of his cards. 

& i winded up watching Bedtime Stories with my family. Plus, i urgently need some tlc from my bf because i have yet to meet him since Friday. I really miss you honey.

A 2009 calendar which comes along with my '09 planner from Korea, a birthday gift from Seri.

Our Sony Plasma which is switched on once a week, for CSI. Seri's trombone, brought back home for display purposes (as i have constantly reminded her countless times) since she rarely touches it. As you can see for yourself, my room is pretty much clad in pink following a country theme deco. Curtains don't really match though. But the nicer lacey ones are hung up only during Aidilfitri.

& i reckon, these are my must haves. Personalized frame from baby. My stack of Jodi Picoult's. Evisu case for my Guess glasses. Bebe wallet, hand-me-downs from my mama. An Iphone casing from Borders for my Itouch. My Acer laptop. FYI, the white sticker on my space key reads, NILAM ROCKS! Following that will be my Crocs casing for my HTC Titan. ;)

I'm planning to catch Bedtime Stories tomorrow with him. We're self-declared fans of Adam Sandler.

& music booming, left my head in a trance. Fira's 21st birthday bash was a blast despite inconsiderate guests who came 2 hours past the time stated on the invitation card. Perhaps with the presence of my bf, it would have lighten up my mood tonight. I miss you, baby.  

I didn't quite get the chance to wish her earlier. Fira, if you're reading this, Happy 21st! May all you wishes & dreams come true, babe. Insya'allah. 

Besides, i realised i haven't had any new year resolutions since god-knows-when. So here goes. Please note the unnumbered bullets, indicating that these resolutions are listed in no ranking whatsoever.

• To maintain my weight at a healthy 45kg scale. 
• To receive my Diploma in Economics & proceed to yr 2 of BSC in Mathematics & Economics.
• To be an obedient daughter, filial Muslim & loving gf. 
• To reduce the horrendous amount of my M1 bills.

That's it. For now. I guess. 

Ushering in the new year,

with my dearest family at our favourite restaurant was fabulous! Dining western delicacies at Swensens, Park Hotel. It was an impromptu plan, seeing that we were from TTSH to accompany our embah [that's grandma in Javanese]. 

Aigooo, here we are bidding farewell to 2008. That aside, i spent the day at Little Guilin, attempting to catch lobsters. 

& from the both of us, have a fantastic 2009 ahead!
