21st part IV

The long awaited dinner @ Swensen's with my beloved family.
Mama surprised me with another impulse birthday gift,
a Barbie night gown!
I am still a small girl to her. :D
I suppose this marks the end of my twenty-first celebration. In a few days time, half of my family will be leaving for Seoul. In a week's time, my mocks will be over.
Then, comes my holiday!!!

21st Part III

A final surprise for the day from my family next door!
Presents galore!
I totally dig this collage done by Phat.
Glittery pink backdrop makes for a pretty and sweet collage. Loving every inch of it. The felt butterflies with diamante on the wings and passport size photos of every single one of them. I couldn't ask for more. T'was such a perfect way to end the night. I don't need a party to mark my twenty-one years of age. My papa offered to throw me one, but i kindly refused his gracious offer in return for a simple family affair with those close to my heart. He still owes me a birthday dinner though.

Of course, i would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my family and friends for the birthday wishes via sms or fb. Thank you and god bless!

XOXO
Lots of love, Nilam Asra

21st Part II

The day started off with a glorious morning in the comfort of my own house. While i was in the midst of making my bed and getting ready for school, he called. Baby requested me to open the door. At this point in time, i was taken aback by the surprise because really i am not a morning person. There he stood outside my house with his homemade shepherd's pie, chocolate frappe and 2 piece of envelopes. I was savoring every second of it. It was so lovely of him to bake his signature dish for me on my birthday.

Note: Phat decided to bring my dica along with her without realizing how important the device is to me, especially on my twenty-first. I had to make do with baby's iPhone.

After school, we met once again for lunch at Swensen's.
My firehouse birthday sundae!

Where else for a breathtaking view of the sunset?
(Only in comparison to other locations in Sg please.)

We then spent the evening at my place with plans to retire for the night.
But to my surprise... (BRB)

21st Part I

This took place a few minutes past midnight.
While i was busy revising, my siblings decided to prank me with a marble cake in a tupperware complete with a straw as the candle. -.-
BERRY LAME LEHHH.

The real surprise came approximately 10 minutes later.
I fell instantly in love with the tiara candle! Adorable in pink. Love love!
Please pardon my oversized shirt and FBT shorts.
There were 9 cupcakes initially, until Seri brought out 3 more which was unable fit into the box i suppose. I had no idea where she hid the cupcakes because i could have sworn they weren't in the fridge that last time i checked.
The pretty chocolate cupcakes with white icing baked by Seri. As of now, there are 3 more left in the fridge and it currently tastes like chocolate brownie as it had already hardened.
Unfortunately, I had to crop mama out from some of these pictures.
My beautiful and precious diamond set.
